1. General Provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", other legal acts of Ukraine, and international practices in the field of personal data processing and protection. It defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures for their protection implemented by “SOFT LINK” (legal form — sole proprietorship, hereinafter — the Operator) in the course of providing services related to the operation of the website softlink.com.ua (hereinafter — the Site).
1.2. The Operator considers compliance with the rights and freedoms of individuals, including the right to privacy, personal and family secrecy, to be one of the key conditions for its activities.
